Booking Information

Departure:
Please leave your room by 11:00 on your departure day.

Arrival:
The rooms are ready for you from 14:00 onwards. Should you arrive after 19:00, please call us to make sure we don’t give your room to someone else!

late arrival/early departure:
Should you , for any reason, arrive late or leave early, the full price will have to be paid. The regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulation Board apply.

Reception:
The reception is open from 08:00 - 22:00.

Payment:
We accept cahs cards, Visa, Euro/Mastercard or cash.

Rooms:
Our rooms feature bathroom, shower, toilet, bathrobes, towels, sauna towels, phone, SAT-TV, radio, safe and partly a balcony

Short stay:
No additional charges for short stays.

Hot meals:
available until 21:00 - should you arrive later and still want to eat, please give us a call.

Children’s Reduction (in their parents’ room):
0 - 3 years: free, 4 - 8 years: 50%, 9 - 16 years: 30% reduction.

Rooms & breakfast:
Reduction of 8€ per person per day from the half-board price. 

Single rooms:
Additional charge of € 8.- per day.

15 min.: 5€
