- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: we ask that you check out by 11:00 am
- Late check-out: € 30.00 based on availability
- Late arrival / early departure: if you should arrive late or depart early, you will be charged based on your booking. The general terms & conditions of the hotel industry apply.
- Payment: you can pay by cash, EC card, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard
- Breakfast: daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Room with breakfast: upon request
- Extra breakfast: € 11.00
- Accommodations with breakfast only: deduct € 8.00 from the price
- Afternoon snack: daily from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in our fireplace lounge
- Dinner: daily from 6:30 to 9:00 pm
- Á la carte: daily from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm
- Hot food: until 9:00 pm. If you should arrive later and would like to eat, please inform us.
- Dining lounge: non-smoking area
- Reception: the reception desk is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Hotel bar: open until 12:00 am
- Dogs: not allowed in the dining room
- Sauna: daily from 4:00 to 10:00 pm
- Short vacation: no surcharge for a short-stay vacation
